Sunset

Down in memory lane
You were the sunset, glaring;
Fading yet very lovely
A beacon, trying to leave.

Kissing the ocean's surface
Stroking its rough crevices,
Giving enough, just enough
Take toll of tomorrow's sight.

Sonata of the heavens
Flickering much to see not;
Trips and hops of hues - gone rays
Yet you'll visit once again.

Cover the grayish sky
Ember red or brick red.
Fill it with your every soul
Sunset, leave me no more.

That was very nice! Even the words seems to have a colored glow about them...
